<p>Can anyone share their experience with their interview? How much weight does Harvard put on the interview? Some schools just want to make sure you are what your are representing on your application and others put much more weight on them. I'm parent just curious for my s.</p>

<p>I had my Harvard interview this morning. It was pretty relaxed. My interviewer didn't ask me any tough questions; I think he was mainly trying to get a sense of who I am and what I have to offer. I wouldn't stress about it too much. You will be prepared as long as you know what you like about Harvard and you know yourself and your application.</p>
<p>As for how much weight they put on it, I'm not sure. Although I wouldn't classify it as an informational interview, I think that it wasn't purely evaluative either. I would guess, however, that interviews probably don't play that big of a role.</p>
