intl transfer from oos + ca cc, what r my chances?

THIS, might not be the right thread to write on; however, I believe my case is very special so
I wanna ask yall about my chance of getting into USC.

Applying as: Accounting major at USC as International Transfer (Jr)

College:
1.Out of State University for a year (33 credits GPA: 3.83, directly got admitted into the business school, top ten undergrad business program in U.S.)
2. Summer - Out of State cc to knock off Micro and Macro (6 credits GPA 4.0)
3. Californian community college - De Anza (will be completing 50 qtr units in total before Fall 18, which is approx. 33 credits… GPA this Fall quarter: 4.0 which completed 15 qtr units)

English Proficiency - TOEFL and SAT: not submitting, got an A+ from EWRT 1A (oos school from #1) and 1B (De Anza)
