introductions...

Who are you all? Are you right or left handed? Coffee or tea? Who is your favorite Swat alum? What is your favorite book? What city or country that you haven't been to do you most want to visit? How many people live in your city (or, for the less privacy minded, what city are you from)? What will you do to celebrate if (when! when!) you get into swat?------> add your own questions too.

I am a big fan of the beatles (hence the hey_la chorus screen name).
Righty.
I like both coffee and tea, but I drink tea pretty much constantly.
Jonathan Franzen.
"Bird by Bird", or "Notes from the Underground", or "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" or....ahhhh, this list changes everytime I answer the question. I can't possibly just pick a few!
Mostly I want to go backpacking through India.
8 million people live in my city.
I will scream and cry and say that my curse of rejection has finally been broken (note: I am a junior and have yet to apply).

What about the rest of you?

Righty but I play tennis and baseball with my left hand? I love coffeeshops but only for their hot chocolate and if it comesw with soymilk. Books...Cien A

OK it might be quite lame for me to answer my own questions, but c'est la vie. Righty. TEA (coffees are good too, but really tea is much more crucial). Mama Cass, Ben Brantley, Mr. Mora (I didn't know about him before but, the article in the New Yorker about him was way interesting). Speak Memory, or To the Lighthouse. I'd love to go to Tibet... or Tanzania. I like mountains. 100,000ish give or take live in my city, but millions and millions (how many? I don't know) live in my metropolitan area. If I get into Swarthmore... I will... cry? Laugh hysterically until the tea in my mouth spews out my nose?
