<p>My counselor sent the recommendation for my universities by paper. Do I still need to invite her so I can submit my apps? Or can I submit without inviting her? It says to "list the counselor who will be writing your recommendation"</p>
<p>Yes, we just realized this too. Once you invite her, it will say something like “this person prefers paper” and it works just fine. If you don’t invite her and fill in the info, it will keep saying incomplete!</p>
