Iq?

i have no clue what my IQ is. they gave us 3 tests in elementary school (over the span of several years), but they didn't tell us they were IQ tests (i found this out later in high school). So I have no idea what my IQ is. i've always done well in school though, and I know my strongest section is the Logic one (this is based on a test we all had to take in high school similar to an IQ test, and also on personal experience). I would guess i'm very slightly above average, maybe 55-60th percentile, although that's probably putting it generously.

IQ tests are just statistical tools and is not something which is even near 100% accurate.

when they tested me in elementary school (5th grade, because I went to a private school before then) it was like 150. I got put in the gifted program, anyway.
every time i've taken those online tests I usually get around 130-140 depending on the test, so take it for what you will.
I don't particularly care much about IQ tests, I have friends that are ridiculously smart but complete dummies in common sense, and friends that are lacking a little in the book smarts but would definitely be the one to outlive us all in a zombie attack due to their street smarts...

I think I scored around 135 on a test (no idea which one, as it was only used for comparative purposes between students) administered during sophomore year of high school. However, I don't fully trust IQ tests on a scientific level, mainly due to their subjectivity and high variability upon repetition.

I don't believe that IQ is a accurate measure of anything other than test taking abilities. Online tests are askew, they always tell me that my IQ is around 142 which is fairly unrealistic since I'm in no way a genius (as that number typically predicts).

IQ is completely changeable so I don't believe children scores are more accurately represented then adults. My free online IQ score in high school was consistently 115-125 and now its 140-142 four years later. Not that online scores are accurate but that does have some relevance between the fluctuation of score.

got a 136 on an online IQ test but I guess its not that accurate.
wonder what it says in my file though...(if its at all close or not)
