Is 760 in SAT physics good enough for Harvard, Yale and MIT ?

Is 760 in SAT physics good enough for Harvard, Yale and MIT ?

Nothing is good enough for Harvard, Yale and MIT, but every year they have to settle for what they have.

If you don’t get into Harvard, Yale or MIT (and as I’m sure you know, the odds are that you won’t), the 760 on your physics SAT won’t be the reason you didn’t get in.

@cosar That’s actually quite a profound comment you made there. Nice.

I got into MIT with 740 on physics. Subject tests are only a small part of the application.

@justonedad hahahaha fair enough

@cosar your comment made me feel more confortable with my score, thanks

@Kyuutoryuu agree with you

@MITer94 Could you tell me the year that you got in ? and you sat math 2 score too if possible ?
And thanks, I feel more confortable now about my score.

@josevi Admitted 2012, class of 2016. 800 on Math II.

@MITer94 thanks, I’ll probably retake SAT 2, guess I need to get some prep for this test, do you know any good test prep material for MATH 2 ? I searched for it but could’nt find one.
One last question, Physics : 760 and Math level 2 :760, you would say this is a good score for MIT ?

Dammit @JustOneDad !

You took the words right out of my mouth! :stuck_out_tongue:

got 750 Math Level I and 770 Physics, is that good enough for top universities?
