i have been thinking about bringing a futon under my loft but it has a huge box and its extremely heavy is it worth it?

yes if u wanna get laid

no, its not.

Yes, you HAVE to get one. You just won’t fit in at all unless you get one. Last year, there was this one kid on my floor that didn’t have a futon, and one night in the winter we all got together and tied him up and threw him into a fountain full of freezing cold water. He had to get his right thumb surgically removed later. It was awesome.

(No, of course a futon is not important and would probably just take up lots of space without getting used that much.)

might be useful if you have a lot of people chilling in your room regularly, but otherwise no, especially if it’s a hassle to have. these guys on my floor freshman year whose room was pretty much central to the floor got a free couch off of craigslist to put in their room because people would go in there every day to play halo, watch their huge tv, drink, etc. so it was good in that situation.

It’s not necessary. I like to think of things in categories like “necessary” “totally unnecessary” and “nice to have.”

I would put a futon under “nice to have.”

I liked having one first semester, but I didn’t have one second semester and that was okay. I missed it, though.

I was going to say “if you want a place to lose it.” lololol

I like having some kind of seating for guests because I /hate/ when people sit on my bed, and I was always having a ton of people over. If you have to ask if it’s important, it probably isn’t for you.

my bed is a loft so i wont have people sitting on it

idkk i herd that futons are liek sofa beds i mean u have a bed already so y would u need a sofa my bro who went to prison now hes in college says a dorm isnt a lot bigger i dont know it seams like it would take a lots of space but thats just my opinyin futon sounds chinese to me too
