Is a Study Hall Junior year really bad?

Today I had a meeting with Guidance in order to decide my Junior Year schedule. I decided upon the following;

AP English Language and Composition
AP World History
AP Environmental Science
Trig/Pre-Cal Honors
Latin III/IV Honors
Studio Art II Honors (to fulfill a graduation requirement)
Study Hall

I decided on the Study Hall, and my Counselor had agreed that a study hall would probably be a good idea considering I'm taking three AP's. But by CC standards, 3 AP's isn't that much, and the three AP's I'm taking are not impressive.

Should I fill the study hall with AP Statistics? Or keep it? How "bad" would it look to keep the study hall?

Eh, I have a study hall this semester because I dropped AP Chem. I think the key is to have something to show for it. In my case, I’m learning a marimba solo, writing drumline music for next year, and just doing a bunch of music related things.

You have tough classes. You either go insane, or take a study hall. If a college denies me because of a study hall it probably isn’t the right place for me :)

Ignore CC standard… they’re in it for themselves.
