I'm applying to the college of letters and science in almost all the UC's for chemistry (B.S. / B.A.), but someone brought up that applying undeclared betters your chances. </p>
<p>Can anyone say that this is true for college of letters and science (not schools such as engineering, business, etc.)?</p>
<p>I want to submit my UC application by tonight, and I want a confirmation (or a rejection) on what I heard</p>
