Is an out of state full ride possible?

I have been looking at Clemson as a potential safety, but I am curious about their financial aid. Is it possible to get a full ride to Clemson with a combination of merit scholarships and need based aid? If I can't get enough aid, it won't be worth going there out of state.
I have an EFC of about $2000.
GPA is 4.0W, 4.48 UW
35 ACT
Robotics for 4 years, captain this year
cross country 2 years
5 AP's taken, 3 this year
Mentor junior lego robotics team
STEM camp counselor ( one week day camp per year, two years)

Possible? Yes, the National Scholar program is agnostic as to home state. There are also opportunities for up to $15,000/year for OOS applicants. A word of caution…you mention Clemson is a safety…if that is your attitude, especially for the National Scholar program, save yourself the effort. They will see right through it…

I don’t mean it is a safety as in I don’t want to go there or anything. I’m very interested, but I just don’t think regular admission will be too hard. I know the national scholars program is extremely selective. Are there any other scholarships or methods to get a full ride or is the national scholars program the only thing?

The national scholars program is the only way to get a full ride if you’re out of state. Otherwise, the most you can get from scholarships is $15,000
