Is anyone applying to ivy leagues as a junior?

Hi I am considering applying to some pretty good schools such as Wash U or U of C and maybe an ivy league college as a junior. Someone I know applied to MIT as a junior this year and was accepted. Anyone else who is also considering applying to good colleges as a junior please leave some messages regarding how you can skip senior year (my school is especially picky on that subject) and if being accepted junior year and choosing not to go means you can go to that same college senior year without reapplication.
Also, I heard that if you apply junior year and get rejected, you won't get an interview if you apply to that school as a senior. Can anyone shed any light on that?

Thank you

our school has an early graduation policy..
u have to meet certain requirements and so forth
don't know what it's like at other schools
and i never heard that they didn't give u an interview just because you applied there before
also in my case, since it's actual graduation, i have no senior year no matter what
so if i get rejected this time i just have to go to my safety or wait a year for the next round of apps
