Is anyone getting emails back from Richmond?

<p>I emailed them a month ago about my midterm transcript, because on the student portal, it's not listed as processed. I didn't get any answer, and the status hasn't changed. I emailed the international office, and then the regular admission office a week later, but no one replied.</p>

<p>Anyone else have this problem? Wouldn't they contact me back if there was something wrong with my transcript? They must've gotten it, it was uploaded online with my teacher recs, and they got those</p>

<p>Check your spam, when they emailed me back about an inquiry i had, i found it in my spam folder!</p>

<p>I did, i check every day, just in case… And besides, they replied before, and it didn’t go to spam. I just can’t understand why they wouldn’t look into it, i thought the transcript was important. Oh well, i’ll just have to wait and see if they waitlist me or flat out reject.</p>
