is case a fit?

i don't really have a sense of what case is like, so is it a fit?
here is a post with some preferences:

well, the campus description fits your preferences...Case is a green space, very diverse students, and has the social life a lot like what you're looking for. as far as the english department goes, I can't really speak. There are lots of music opportunities though...Cleveland Institute of Music is right on campus, and Case students can take classes for free and lessons for a fee at CIM. The Case band is excellent, and the orchestra is good too, I've been really impressed with the quality of musicians on campus. Food is really yummy too, BonAppetit did a really good job last year (it's not homecooked meals, but about as close as you can get for bulk prepared food).
Overall, it seems like a decent fit in every way but academically, but I'm not sure about the programs you're interested in.

academically i'd probably go into the whole liberal arts type of thing, like history and english. i would also like to continue german and music. looking at your username do you play flute? if you do, do you know how the flute teacher at CIM is?

I've heard decent things about the english and history departments, but I haven't looked into it as I'm more of a science and engineering geek :-) Case is full of engineers and such (although they are somewhat more social and eloquent than the stereotypical engineer), so if you don't want to hang out with that type, it might be kinda rough.
I do play flute (oddly enough :-) ) and piano. I haven't met the flute teacher at CIM, but the Case students that I know that work with her seem to think she's good (she sat in briefly on a band rehearsal when one of the flute music majors played a feature with the band, and she seemed like a good teacher to me). I decided that I didn't need to continue with lessons on campus both because of money and time. I did enjoy band, and took quite a bit of time on my own to practice, there's a piano in most freshman dorms (possibly all, but I'm not positive of that), and the band and practice rooms are right next to the dorms, very convenient.

awesome, thanks
