Is there any differences between 2004 and the current version, cause 2004 is the only one that was checked in at my library.

I used that book to study for the Oct 28 test. The test itself isn't very different from the book, but the ACT does use some slightly different formats on the English section now. The math in that book fails to cover matrices and std deviation, which appeared on the last two tests. However, it isn't really that important, and I'm not even sure if the new PR covers it.
Probably the biggest downside is that the 2004 version doesn't have any essay tips or examples, as ACT didn't include writing until quite recently. Overall, you should be fine; I've used older, and PR always make good books

What about 2005 version?
Did ACT change their format in 2005? If so, does the Cracking the SAT 2005 have the new format?

im using cracking the ACT 2006 edition..and it has the new format in it
