Hey everyone
I think that a drama school education is much better and more likely to succeed than without an education. But I’ve read that without drama school (like UCLA, Juiliard and so on) can you succeed in acting like with a drama school degree. What do you think?
I also think that a drama school there are more agents and it’s easier to gather roles…
Ps just to be clear I know that it’s all about talent and lil bit of luck, too. But what about drama schools like UCLA is it better for success in acting or not necessarily
In my opinion, yes. Go to school, get a degree. It takes a lifetime to get a grasp on the craft, so you might as well get a college degree while you do the first 4 years of your training.
You are right, and I think it’s also “easier” to gather roles and agents afterwards or during the education
