I’m trying to find to a way to return to college to pursue a different degree since I screwed up my GPA in Communications. I would like pursue something in either English education (HS or college), engineering or zoology, but trade programs and community college certificates don’t offer many jobs I’m looking in a career. I would only get one to get experience and it can help pay and get experience for pursuing master’s and possibly a PHD. The problem is paying for school and overcoming my 2.7 gpa. Would getting experience as industrial technician or veterinary technician help if you are seeking a masters and possibly a PHD in an engineering or a bioscience field? Because I’m not sure taking extra classes and doing well will cut it. If its only a good idea if you plan on doing for a long-term career, then I won’t be pursuing one.
As long with taking extra classes to raise my GPA? Especially the prerequisites?
