Is Going to an Ivy like going to Exeter...?

When you go to a competitive high school it puts you at a disadvantage for admission to college, now say if you go to Princeton does that put you at a disadvantage for graduate school?

I don’t think either of those statements are true.

Obviously going to an Ivy League feeder school puts you at a disadvantage for getting into college and obviously going to a top college puts you at a disadvantage for graduate school admissions. Obviously.

But sarcasm aside, neither of those are true.

Ditto. prep schools generally get a far higher percentage of their students into ivies/top universities than the average public school. Deigning not to delve into why precisely that is [perhaps students who apply to and attend prep school would have gotten into those schools anyway, perhaps not], i will sign off. Time for homework!
