I am a junior in high school. i have lots of APs this year. If i get 80 in a ap class, is the college going to look at my aps and weight my gpa?

Not usually but the class rigor will be helped. Generally, you’ll only want to take an SP if you still expect you can achieve a strong grade.

what counts as good grade?

what counts as good grade?

Generally, you don’t want to get a C+ or below in an AP class.

For the most selective colleges you want all A’s.
The rigor only matters to the extent that your guidance counselor calls it the most rigorous, if you go to a school with too many AP’s to take ever, then you likely don’t need to go out of your way to take extra AP’s and should get rid of your weaker AP’s if you have a lot already:

What is a good grade? Well, that is subjective to what you consider good. Ideally, you don’t want to have to give ground on your grade because it is an AP. If you are unsure, you may want to feel as though you won’t get below a B+ on the AP course.

There is no magic formula. Your application will be judged based upon how many AP’s your school offers. If it offers 8 and you took 6, that should hold up well. If your school offers 20 and you took 6, it might not hold up as well.

For some colleges, there is a law of diminishing returns after you have taken 8 or so AP’s; the exra AP’s on top of that will not significantly improve your application.
