<p>i got put in hobby. is that a good hall? pros and cons?

<p>It depends on what you’re after, but I think it’s one of the best - definitely among the newest. </p>
<p>I lived there the first year it was open (!) and my daughter lived there last year. She and her roommate never really bonded with the other dorm residents, all their friends were in other dorms. They loved being able to come back to Hobby where it was a little quieter - but still really close to all the fun/food of Northside. It’s also so convenient to be right next to Sbisa.</p>
<p>The rooms may be the best on campus. Their room seemed enormous compared to their friends’.</p>
