Is it better to leave a question blank or guess on SAT Biology?

<p>If you can narrow it down to 4 options and eliminate one, should you leave it blank or just guess? How much should you eliminate before you can start guessing?</p>

<p>In general, if you can eliminate an answer choice, the expected value from guessing is 1/16 pt. So in the long run, it’s slightly advantageous to guess.</p>

<p>If you can narrow down the choices to 2 or 3, then guess. If you have no idea whatsoever, you should omit.</p>
