Hey guys...I applied normally to SAS because Anthropology is my intended major. Although I love anthropology, I find some aspects of business fascinating as well. I was just wondering...is it easy to take classes in both schools? If for some reason I decided that I would rather do something business related would it be easy/possible to double major in anthropology and something from Wharton?

To my knowledge (pretty sure this is correct), you can cross-register for a few classes but not double major.

My son graduated from UPenn in May 2010. He majored in Economics with a minor in Health Care Management (joint program between Biological Basis of Behavior and Wharton).
Transfer to Wharton is possible but is extremely competitive. But taking classes in Wharton is easier. My son took several classes in Wharton as part of his minor. In addition he took some additional classes at Wharton like Marketing and Financial Derivatives (he couldn’t find spots during regular semesters due to demand for those classes from MBA students, but he was able to register for both of them during summer; Penn’s financial aid for summer was very generous as well).
Good luck!

sounds awesome. Thanks for the thoughtful responses!
