Here’s the deal: I live Virginia, having just moved here with my parents 6 months ago from California. I’m going into journalism and, while I normally would only consider in-state schools, I’ve heard a lot about Mizzou journalism and the university’s acceptance rate looks promising. I will have 30 semester credits accrued at the end of this term, and about a 3.4-3.5 GPA.
Would it be tough for me to get into the journalism school? Is it considered hard to get into? I haven’t been able to get a good feel for that, especially since I will not have to meet freshman admissions.
