<p>EA does not bind you to attend so I believe it would be OK. I think how it is presented is that once you’ve been accepted ED you are to withdraw any other applications…at least that’s what we did.</p>
<p>It depends on schools. Georgetown is an EA school, it will not allow you to apply to any schools ED, but you could apply EA to other schools. Harvard, Yale, Stanford are SCEA, which means you couldn’t apply EA or ED to other private schools. ED schools will allow you to apply to other schools, but you would be required to withdraw other applications if you were admitted ED.</p>

<p>i applied ED to cornell and EA to Uchicago. if i were accepted into uchicago (i was waitlisted), i would’ve had to turn down that offer because ED overrides EA</p>
