Is it possible to get a second bachelor's degree in Wisconsin Madison CS or UMD CS?

I recently graduated with a bachelor’s in EE. Regretfully, I realized CS is the thing I really like (more related to math and theory of computation) in my senior year. I found that Wisconsin CS and UMD CS are accepting applications for a second bachelor’s. But it says the second degree needs t be significantly distinct from the first one. I consult the admission office in UW Madison and UMD, they said my application would definitely be eligible to be considered for the CS second degree. I am really worrying that the admission committee would think my first degree has too much overlap with CS. My first degree was highly focusing on hardware and circuits, the only courses that might overlap with CS are computer architecture and embedded system courses. I think doing a second bachelor’s in CS would be totally different things to learn, I haven’t touch almost all high level CS computing areas (except taking a database course in my last quarter). Is there anyone know how likely I would not be reject for the reason of overlapping degree by Wisconsin and UMD? Or did anyone succeeded in doing a second bachelor in CS after getting a bachelor in EE?

if they said you are eligible, you have a chance. Nobody here is going to know “how likely”
