Is it possible to improve your SAT score to above +2000 in 4 months ?

I have just started studying for the SAT.I took a random diagnostic test and scored 1500.Is it possible to improve my score up to +2000 in 4 months ?

What is more,I should include that I am in a basketball club which means I have practice 3 times a week + I m concentrating on my academics grades too.In addition to this,I don't have more than 2 hours for studying for the SAT a day.
Will this avoid me from getting the score I want?
I ll be grateful for your replies coz i really need help... nd thnk u.

PS:The books that i have are barrons SAT nd Kaplans 12 practice test for the SAT.

2 hours a day is more than enough to get your score up. It really depends on your apptitude, but if you do all the necessary work (vocab, practice test, etc), you can pretty much bet on a 2200+. The higher your base score is, the harder t is to raise, and you get diminishing returns. The learning curve to get from1500-2000 is relatively low, anything after that gets hard.

Thanks ,i ll try my best. But is memorizing 20 vocabs a day enough ?
