Is it too late to apply for TAP (Pre-Pharmacy program) at USC?

<p>I recently got accepted to USC as a transfer for Fall'14. I just found out that I needed to apply for TAP (Pre-pharm) program along with USC transfer application. I totally forgot to do this back in February since their due date is February 15, 2014. If I decide to go to USC for undergrad, is it going to be too late for me to apply for TAP next year? which is after my Junior year at USC. </p>

<p>Effective Fall 2014, transfer students are not eligible to participate in the TAP program.</p>
