I absolutely did not think I was going to get in which is why I had designated a different school as my choice. Found out yesterday that I got in and immediately changed it, but I don’t know if they had a deadline by which you had to designate them in order to receive their half-tuition NMF scholarship

It is not too late. You have time to review all your choices. The last day is May 1, but I advise sending it in soon, if you do intend to enroll. This scholarship also includes a $1000 per year NMFoundation scholarship along with the half tuition from SC. Enrolling with this scholarship qualifies you for the honors dorm, if you wish and membership in the Scholar Society. The Scholar Society is new. The group arranges social and cultural events for members.
Some of the schools at SC MAY add a smaller alumni, memorial or named scholarship to the NMF.half tuition scholarship. These smaller scholarships are not guaranteed. They are dependent on funds available from donors.
