My school was very late signing me up for APs (we do not offer the tests I am hoping to take), therefore we missed the deadline to contact AP Services to get local testing areas.

My question is, if I know that a local school is offering an AP is it too late to contact the individual school and take the test there in May?

If my advisor contacts a school administering the exam, what is the chance that I will be able to take it with those students at this point in the year?

I contacted the College Board after their deadline to find a school to test at and they still helped me. It’s up to the school in general if they’ll let you sign up.

Be sure to ask for a few places, their lists can be out of date and some places won’t let you test at their school anymore.
