Is it true that ALL colleges are going down 2-4 percent in their acceptance rates?

I heard they are because a lot of people are in this year's class as a whole?</p>

<p>Not EVERY college will change. And I do believe that Yale's admit rate jumped a percentage and a half (?) this year...</p>
