My daughter will be revisiting some of the schools she was accepted to for undergraduate vocal performance to have some sample lessons and attend some classes and I was wondering whether it is better to hit the accepted student days or just visit on a regular day when things are less busy? We already attended open houses and info sessions as we were looking at where to apply or auditioning. This return visit is to find a teacher and get some more personalized info to help her make her selection.
Revisited 2 schools last week, one an accepted students day and one a regular school day. The regular school day was much more productive–way more access to professors and other students, without the chaos of 100 other students and their families there!
