Not worth it. Go on with your life. Holding onto a dream school will not be worth it. What happens if you don’t get in again? People ssay follow your dream but going to a specific school isn’t much a dream if you don’t have anything else with it. Go to the school you got into and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it just as much as your dream school. I mean nothing wrong with aiming for your dream school and what not, I’ll be trying in 2 years from UCD but I’m not going to be only focused on that just something I’ll do and if it works it works, but as in this case I don’t think its worth. I mean if you really are set for that school, hopefully for some legitimate reason, go for it but make sure its really worth it and you don’t regret it.
Just make sure you know what your getting yourself into.

Also on the GPA thing for engineering.
UCLA average GPA admitted was 3.81, average GPA enrolled was 3.77. So for Berkeley it would higher, at least for EE it would be higher.

Move on man. What college experience are you planning on looking for when you’re only going to be staying there for 1 year? And besides, do you even have any classes left to take at your ccc? I think its a dumb idea to stay because you aren’t even guaranteed you’ll get itn your dream school next year and what will happen then? Opt to stay for 5 years? Come on, move on with your life and get out of your ccc. Even if you like it there’s so much left of the world to see and how could you get closer to your goal if you’re stuck in one spot. I’ve only been in my ccc for 2 years but I am SO ready to move on with my life that even if I didn’t get into my “dream” school I would have went to my back ups. Obviously since you applied to csulb you don’t mind going there right? I only applied to schools I had no problem going to as back ups which is why I didn’t apply to riverside or merced because I would choose my ccc over those 2.

But anyways, get on with your life and start your college experience asap. Yeah you only have one life to live, but why waste a year of that life stuck in the same spot when you could’ve used it to gear towards your goal?
