Is my high school competitive? Worried freshman about stanford, ivies, etc. Also chance me I guess

Hi CC people,
I was just wondering how competitive my private high school is. I’m considering transferring (I’m a freshman) because I really want to go to these schools, and I am in the 25th percentile about with a shot at D3 baseball and good ECs (35 hrs of service this year, organizer of special needs soccer, volunteer a lot at special needs school. There are about 110 people, in each class, and I will give you the highlight matriculations from the past 5 years.

Top 6 (in order):

  1. USC (20)
  2. Tufts (15)
  3. Stanford (15)
  4. Middlebury (15)
  5. Colorado College (12)
  6. UC Berkeley (12)

Other highlights:

Brown (9)
Darthmouth/Duke (8)
Georgetown (7)
Wash U (6)
Yale (6)
Penn (5)
UChicago (4)
Williams (5)

Lol people could guess what school I go to which kinda sucks if they went there. Well we will see, thank you guys so much. Please tell me how good of a chance I have.

Colleges will look at what you have done in the context of what is offered at your HS. Switching HS can be done, but rarely is it a good idea because you think it will help your college chances. You should evaluate your private HS on the experience you will get in HS. Kids get into selective colleges every year from public and private schools - it is more about you than your HS. 50 years ago some private HS could help with college acceptances, but it is not the same anymore.

that school seems good af, you’d be dumb to move out
