I was admitted EA, and filled out my Housing Registration on Monday, November 23. I have not selected a roommate, of course, since I am not committed to UGA yet. Are my top three choices for my housing still locked into place? Have I completed all that I can for this process right now, or do I have more to do that I don’t know about?
I was just about to post this same question, I paid the fee, but it is confusing as to when roommates and top 3 choices need to be locked into place.
Unless the registration has changed, once you pay, you’ve locked yourself in that virtual line for housing. It’s first-come, first-serve. Upon payment, you’re in whatever position for priority.
Roommates and dorm selection need to be finalized sometime in May (if I recall correctly; make sure to verify). You have a while until then.
