Is not having a subject line in email to admissions officer the death knell of my application?

I am a transfer applicant and recently got the email for my admissions officer. I used this email to send a very professional email with new information that might be important for my chances. After sending the email, I realized that I forgot to add a subject line. I’m now incredibly worried that this will be incredibly detrimental. Is there any way to fix this? Should I not worry? Should I resend the email with a subject?

One of the directors of admission e-mailed me recently about missing credentials with no subject line. I replied with no subject, he e-mailed be back promptly about the correction with no subject.

It’s probably fine.
