Is research imprtant for a terminal masters programs???

<p>I recently changed my major to chem e and was wondering...how hard is it to get into the top grad schools(stanford,wisconsin,minnesota etc) for masters...do you need lots of research?What exactly do u need?</p>

<p>Pretty much the same thing that’s required for phD I suppose except less research experience is required. High GPAs, the strength of the program you’re currently in, LoR, and high GRE :)</p>
