<p>Anyway, regards to the matter of taste again, does anyone know if the admissioners will consult an expert in a specific field at their schools(in my case is math department) to judge on something that is not very common for high school students to do and admissioners basically don’t know much about? Or they just simply don’t take it heavily into account of notice? I regards to my problems published/selected on journals and contests as well as my talk at math conference, which I know will be strange to admissioners because not many previous applicants do these things(well I know publication as an article is more impressive than problems, but we don’t give a clear definition of a word “publication”)</p>
