<p>All applicants to SHC are notified of their decision at the end of February/first part of March. It is not a rolling admission.</p>

<p>And how much vaguer could they be? What exactly does it mean? If all applicants are informed in mid-March, then what is the purpose of a priority deadline?</p>
<p>You’re not reading what is written. Where does it say that “all” applicants are informed in mid-March? I repeat (if you are bothering to pay attention to someone confirming your earlier question), applicants to SHC are notified of their status by the end of February/first part of March, that is, if you apply by the priority deadline.</p>
<p>If you choose to ignore my response, search the earlier threads on this forum for SHC notification dates.</p>

<p>and here is a clearer explanation from last year, if anyone else wanted to know:</p>
<p>If your Schreyer Honors College application and teacher recommendations were complete by our priority deadline, your decision letter was mailed on Friday, Feb 26, 2010.</p>
<p>If you applied to the SHC after our priority deadline, your decision will be made on a rolling basis, but will be mailed no later than March 31, 2010.</p>
