Take a practice test under real conditions. See which questions you missed and understand why you missed them. Study the material you did not know that would have helped you score perfectly on the practice test. Take another practice test. Repeat until perfect score.
So to answer the original question…
They are fine to watch during your “casual” time, but during dedicated study time, you should be looking at practice tests, preferably real ones.
I used them to quickly refresh the information the day for the test, because they are casual and funny so it doesn’t feel like studying. I do recommend studying as well, and not using only them. They’re just not detailed enough for that.
