<p>Well, guys. That's the question: Is the late registration available for areas outside the U.S.?</p>
<p>Because when I picked my test location in the U.S., I was able to register late for Jan. 28th, but when I picked it outside the U.S. (which is the actual case), I didn't have access to any late registration as the test date wasn't available???</p>
