Is the minimum raw score for 800 for math IIC 43 or 44?

Sparknotes says 44 and other says 43. Please 43 :(

It depends on how people did on the test. If it was a particularly hard test, then it’s 43. Unfortunately, it’s almost always 44.

44 is the score most of the time. Barron’s even the SAT blue book for Subject Tests shows 44.

depends on how hard the test was.
For example, the official college board study guide has two math II practice tests. For the first one, which I found easier, the minimum raw score for 800 was 44. For the second one, which I found harder, the minimum raw score for 800 was 43.

Do any of you know what the minimum raw score need for an 800 was for prior tests?

According to the McGraw Hill Book, a 43-50 is anywhere from a 770-800. So it may be have been as high as 45 or even a 46 (???) for really easy tests. That being said I think I saw a 42 once being a 800, im pretty sure that has happened a few times.

It is around 43-44 as most said. However, make sure you count the deduction for wrong answer when calculating your score. So you can only get up to 5 wrong (-6.25 = -6 => 44) for 800 if you answered all questions. If you got 6 wrong, it will be -7.5 = -8 => 42.

^No it’s not. -7.5 is rounded to a 7, not 8.

^ You are right. The number is rounded after subtraction.
