is the name of the university very important when international undergraduate students want to find a job in the us, and get the visa sponsorship, after their graduation? Is it true that an international student can have better opportunity to be hired if he or she graduate from a prestigious university? What is most important for international business major students to find a job?
1.overall gpa
2.reputation of the university
3.practical experience

Are you asking whether going to a brand name university counts for getting into business school or simply a job?

If it’s the latter, I’d say the prestige factor does play a big role (especially if you’re an international). However, if you’re applying to business school I wouldn’t worry too much about it. The most important factors will be good work experience, GPA/GMAT, and reputation of school.
