Is the SparkNotes SAT Chemistry prep reliable?

<p>I'm aiming for an 800 on the Chemistry SAT but I haven't reviewed any chem since last spring. Is the SparkNotes review a reliable source of information, both about chemistry itself and about the Chemistry SAT? And are the SparkNotes questions easier or harder than the actual exam?</p>
