I'm a junior at the University of Florida double majoring in history and criminology and minoring in business. I have a 3.55, but it would have been much higher had I not messed up one semester in my freshman year. Without that semester I would have had a 3.83. Do law schools take into account improved GPA over the multiple semesters. Will they care that I have two majors and a minor or am I just another applicant with a 3.55?

You are just another applicant with a 3.55 gpa. The fact that you are double majoring does not matter (fyi- criminology is somtimes frowned upon).
