Is there a big difference between a 4 and a 5 on AP Computer Science?

I am an avid programmer that somehow only got a 4 on the AP Exam for Computer Science. Does that greatly impact my chances of getting into the top computer science schools?

AP scores carry little to no weight in the admissions process. A 4 is still a very good score. The only downside is if you attend a college that only gives credit for a 5.
