In the CSU Mentor website states:

SAT — CSUMENTOR CODE FOR SAT IS 3594

You can list CSUMentor as an SAT score recipient. The SAT institution code for CSUMentor is 3594. CSUMentor will then store your scores for ALL CSU campuses to utilize. If you have not yet sent your scores to either a CSU campus or CSUMentor, you can request this at www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/reg.html.

Note: CSU campuses will accept current and redesigned SAT scores (beginning spring 2016) for admission eligibility and exemption from the Entry Level Mathematics and English Placement Test. Applicants may submit scores from either test.

So my question is, is the code 3594 important or is it okay for me to just send the scores without the code? Because I tried to find where you put that code, but I could not find it for the life of me.

That is the code you can give the College Board to designate where they should send your SAT score. The way you tell the SAT people where to send scores is by giving them a school code.

You can also call college Board and talk to a human to get answers. Don’t stress.
