My advice would be to get a college guide (such as the Fiske Guide) and learn more about some of the less selective schools. Not making Harvard or NYU doesn't mean you aren't qualified for less prestigious schools. There are plenty of successful people who didn't go to big-name universities.

I would try to take the ACT but it's not available here.
Wouldn't takaing the SAT another 4 times look even worse on my apps.?? (I will take it another 4 times, but if it will really not do me any good, i think I should rethink the whole thing)

I don't think it will look any worse than the fact that you already have taken 6.

But if you just tell them something explaining why you took it so many times, it shouldn't be a big deal.

I guess so.
one more question:
I didn't really increase that much in the 6 times
Oct 2005: 1610
June 2006: 1830
(those are with the highest scores in all three parts) will they look at each test individually?

Also consider schools that do not require the SAT. There are some great colleges (highly regarded LACs such as Bates and Bowdoin among them) that make submission of standardized testing optional.

don't even require it. cool

Of course you still have to have great grades! Good luck (:

I'm not an international, but if you have questions about applying internationally, ask me and I'll see what I can do for you.
But first off, do you have a sponsor? Get a sponsor.

And yeah, those grades are pretty low. My suggestion for you would be to study like hell and increase by at least another 200 points on practice tests before you take it again.
Now get off CC and study.

Go!!!
