Is this a good list of schools to visit next month?

I want to go very in depth and visit very different schools. This is the list of schools I had in mind...

Reach Schools....
-Pomona/Claremont McKenna (both in the same day.)
-Rice University
-Williams College

Match/Safety Schools...
-Lawrence University
-Kenyon College

If I were to visit these six colleges, would I be getting a variety? (I included rice because it's a university, williams/lawrence for their oxford style tutorial, pomona/mckenna for it's beautiful surroundings and academic quality, and kenyon for being a mix of all of them.

I will also be applying to Stanford, Dartmouth, Colorado College, and Grinnell.
Should one of these schools take the place of one of my schools listed above?

Thank you in advance.

These are literally the farthest away schools possible. You have the West Coast, the deep south, and the North East. It seems like a waste of time and money to look at all of these, when I’m sure you could find a school like them closer to you. If you are just trying to find your “type” then I would definitely not do this. However, if you have done a lot of research and these are all colleges you would potentially apply to ED, and you can afford this, only then would I even consider it.

Maybe replace Pomona or Mckenna with Dartmouth or Stanford since both in the same surroundings

I agree with runallday…how are you going to get this done?
Are you a senior trying to figure out your ED choice?
