Is this considered extracurricular?

<p>I am taking an 8 week tennis program with my city (not my school). My mom says it is not considered extracurricular, but I thought it was?
All my clubs/stuff so far are:
7th grade: cjsf one semester
8th grade: cjsf both semesters
9th grade: csf spring semester
10th grade: viking nation (school spirit) and csf both semesters + the tennis listed above. </p>

<p>Am i on the right track? I have a 4.0 in addition</p>

<p>What do you do for Viking Nation…and is it all school year–?
How many hours a week? </p>

<p>Tennis–if you enjoy it–stick with it–It will be an EC ongoing–
Otherwise it is just an introduction to a sport/hobby…</p>

<p>Ongoing athletes train year round and play regularly</p>
