Is this correct?

Can anyone check this for mistakes?

CORRECT:

It's I

It's he

It's she

It's they

WRONG:

It's me

It's him

It's her

It's them

The PR book claims that "It's me" is wrong. But frankly, I have never seen someone saying "It's I"...
So which one is correct?

‘It is I’ is correct. I asked my English teacher but he couldn’t give an explanation, just that it is a convention. ‘It is me’ is more colloquial (who picks up a phone call and answers ‘it’s I’?).

I suspect it has to do with I being the subject of the sentence rather than me.

^
Yeah! Thanks!
