Is this legacy?

My sister currently attends Tufts University School of Medicine. I’m applying to Tufts undergraduate. On Common App, it asks: “Have any relatives ever graduated from Tufts University or the School of the Museum of Fine Arts or are any currently attending Tufts/SMFA at Tufts?” If you mark yes, it simply asks for the name of the person and the number of degrees they earned at Tufts.

I feel like it would be incorrect for me to mark “yes”, but I just want to make sure. Would it be okay for me to mark “yes”?

You can mark yes because that’s not lying but generally legacy only helps for undergraduate degrees.

If they don’t specifically ask about relatives attending or graduated from the School of Arts and Sciences and/or the School of Engineering then the School of Medicine is absolutely fair game
